Washington County Fairgrounds August 29,2010 At 2:00 P.M.
"BABY MISS AND MASTER FAIREST OF THE FAIR"
This pageant is sponsored by the WASHINGTON COUNTY FAIRGROUND, INC. All Queens will receive banner, trophy, crown, and Kings will receive banner, trophy, and metal medallion. Queens and Kings will receive free pass to all the festival activities. Winners will be introduced Friday night at 9:15. There will also be two runners-up chosen in each division and they will receive trophies.
GIRLS - AGE DIVISION BOYS - AGE DIVISION
1. There will be a Queen and two runners-up chosen in each division, also a King and two runners-up chosen in each division.
2. Divisions will be judged on natural beauty, appearance and personality.
3. Contestants may wear any dressy apparel of their choice. Dressing rooms will be provided.
4. BABY MISS/MASTER FAIREST OF THE FAIR CONTESTANTS SHOULD ARRIVE BY 1:00 P.M. SHARP.
Admission will be $2.00 for adults and 50 cents for children.
"MISS FAIREST OF THE FAIR"
This pageant is sponsored by the WASHINGTON COUNTY FAIRGROUND, INC. Queens will receive crown, trophy, banner and free pass to anyone or all festival activities. Queens will be introduced on Friday night at 9:15. There will also be two runners-up chosen and they will receive trophies.
"AGE DIVISION"
3-5 Yrs. Tiny, 6-8 Little, 9-11 Petite, 12-14 Teens, 15-21 Miss
1. Contestants may wear any party dress of their choice long or short with the exception of the Miss division and they must wear
a long dress.
2. Contestants in the Miss Division must be single or never been married or divorced.
3. Contestants will model T formation.
4. Contestants in 3 - 5 year division will not be judged on modeling.
5. Contestants will be judged on natural beauty, appearance, personality and modeling ability.
6. Dressing rooms will be provided.
7. Admission will be $2.00 for adults, .50 cents for children.
8. CONTESTANTS TINY MISS - MISS DIVISION SHOULD ARRIVE BY 2:30 P.M.
"FAIREST OF THE FAIR BABY MISS & MASTER PHOTOGENIC CONTEST"
Age Division
Baby Miss 0-35 Months Baby Master - 0-35 Months
"FAIREST OF THE FAIR LITTLE & MISS BEAUTY PHOTOGENIC"
Little Miss - 3-11 Years Miss Photogenic - 12-21 Years
Contestants do not have to participate in any other contest to enter photogenic. All names and age division should be written on back of picture. Contestant may enter one picture only, any size of their choice. All pictures must be entered by 2:00 P.M. and must be picked up between 4:30 and 5:00 P.M. There will be a fist place winner and two runners-up in each age division. Winners will receive trophy and banner. Runners-up will receive trophies.
"GENERAL INFORMATION"
1. This pageant is sponsored by THE WASHINGTON COUNTY FAIRGROUND & reserves the right
to alter these divisions or rules if necessary to do so.
2. Entry fee for each pageant is $40.00. Photogenic is $20.00.
3. The deadline for all entries will be August 27th. No entries except photogenic will be received at the door.
4. Entry fee may be individual or business sponsored. PLEASE make all checks payable to

5. Winners responsible for providing own car to parade.
6. Contestant numbers cannot be requested. No score sheets will be given out.
7. Judging will be done by persons qualified in judging beauty pageants. All decisions will be final.
8. No other pageant forms will be given out during the pageant.
9. There will be group competition in each age division.
10. No one will be admitted free except contestants.
11. Any profit from the event is used for the benefit of the fairgrounds.
12. Building is not air conditioned.
